My fiancée and I like Thai massage in NT in the Philippines, so we tried the massage here in Thailand. At first, I thought it was just like a massage in the Philippines, but here is very different and authentic Thai massage. I was very surprised by the way Ann (Lek masseuse) did it to me, and she figured out that I have scoliosis even though I did not say anything about it, so she massaged my back smoothly and with care. My fiancée and I are delighted with their massage technique. By the way, the receptionist is pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Lek Massage, located at 198 Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Rd, Khwaeng Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. ~ Yats V

The location is located next to a BTS station which makes it very convenient and accessible. I booked for a body scrub and massage session at 10am. It opens pretty early, with more slots available and less people to compete with. They accommodate for walk in during non peak period. The service crew was amazing, great smile, helpful and polite. As this is my first scrub visit they provided clear directions on what I need to do etc. They have several selection of scrubs and massage oil to choose from. The overall scrub and massage session was great. They checked in on you to make sure the scrub was not too harsh and if the massage is okay. Last round I came for the office syndrome massage which was amazing too. Lastly, post treatment tea was served. They also explained about their membership promotion what's available. Really great head, neck, and shoulders massage! It’s 350 baht for that massage, which is 50 baht more expensive than it is other places, but this massage studio is much nicer than the others. It feels more luxurious and more like a nice spa in the US. The massage I had was relaxing, yet still intense and she worked out tons of knots in my neck and shoulders. The ambience is nice— you’re not in a shop front where everyone can see in through the windows. It’s a lightly lit room and you lay back in the reclining chairs with a footrest. They have the air conditioning pumping, so they place a blanket over you, which felt amazing. ~ Kendra M

Foot and neck massage is consistently good! If you are looking for hard massage with oil, this is the place to go. Other spa sometimes only massage with light touch, and quality depends on therapist. In Lek, almost all therapists are really good. 👌 The guy at the reception is a bit cranky and bossy, though. I find this branch and the one in Chong Nonsi have really good service, but this branch is bigger and have space for maniped too. Tip: if you decide to visit Lek often, download their app for rewards and booking. Or book via ClassPass 😉 ~ Ma. C

Lek is a chain of decent and well priced massage service that I've been using off and on for years on my holidays to Bangkok. Lek@Heritage Hotel is new to me and their environs, decor and prices are slightly higher than the less fancy Lek branches (17 to 18 at current count, I was told). I stumbled across them as they are 500m from my hotel and I was desperate for a massage after touchdown and my usual place was fully booked. Massages are only as good as the masseur's skills. I had 2 on the first day, 1 for a foot massage and the other for a Thai massage. The foot massage was a miss, but Auntie Mei who did the Thai massage was awesome. She used the right amount of medium-firm pressure and worked out the kinks, even those I didn't know I had on my back and calves! Auntie Mei doesn't speak much English so she knows by skill and experience where your knots are. She was excellent, so I booked her straight for the next 3 evenings too :) I don't even need to specify which problem area and for how long; she does a better job than you or I would know in figuring out where the problem areas are. Will be back again the next time. ~ Audris T

I visited Lek Massage @ The Heritage Hotel on 25th November 2025 for a pedicure and toe nail colour. I was managed by the lovely Tay who is the beauty therapist who treated my like royalty and did an amazing, caring and artistic job on my poor old toe nails. I left the shop with rejuvenated toe nails and an amazing black colour finish. Very pleased with the service, the shop and staff and the final product. ~ Petez I

Great massage! It felt so relaxing and my entire body was stretched… what I normally do in yoga stretching is exceeded with the masterful movements and positions done by the male therapist. I must add, the place is clean and the aromatherapy permeates the whole place. After the Thai massage, a cup of hot tea and cookies was a warm bonus. The therapist scrubbed my feet clean before the massage too. I highly recommend Lek Massage. ~ James N
